EVALUATE YOUR STATUS – ADHERE TO A MODERN CODE OF CONDUCT AND OPERATE IN – LINE WITH SECURITY BEST PRACTICE PROCEDURES
Covert Penetration Testing (CPT) will provide insight if a malicious attacker can compromise your assets and how your current security measures hold up against such an attack. Traditional Penetration Tests take place in either business premises or residential complexes and private estates, where people responsible for maintaining these assets are already informed that such a test is taking place. One of the many downsides of this approach, is that it puts the persons and security measures in a heightened state of alert and thus takes away the element of surprise often found in real life attacks.
Our own CPTs are designed to simulate an attack without informing the personnel involved in your everyday functions or disrupting your routine operations.
A CPT evaluates your assets protection status based on 3 tiers:
- Physical Security breaches
- Human factor deficiencies
- Electronic & digital security gaps
The main phases of a CPT are:
During this phase information is gathered about the “target” including but not limited to its current assets, resources and standard operating procedures.
Exploitation (Attack) Phase
The vulnerable areas or procedures identified during the Recon phase will be compromised (attacked) and acted upon in the same way a malicious person might do.
In the final phase a Report is released, having the attack vendors utilized exposing the weak links in your protective equipment and overall security mechanism.
WITNESS WITH YOUR OWN EYES HOW THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE AFFECTS EVEN THE MOST SOPHISTICATED EQUIPMENT AND WELL-TRAINED PERSONNEL. IT IS WORTH TRYING! – IT WILL CERTAINLY SAVE YOUR ASSETS FROM REAL ADVERSARIES
